7.1 Force Majeure

tk7171 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or civil unrest.

8.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the tk7171 Platform, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of the issue including your account username, the relevant transaction or game reference, and the date and time of the incident. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving complete information.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

8.2 Game Dispute Policy

In the event of a discrepancy or technical malfunction affecting a game round, the outcome recorded in the game provider's server logs shall be treated as the definitive result. tk7171 will liaise with the relevant game provider to obtain server-side records and will communicate findings to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe. Bets placed on a game round that experiences a verifiable technical error may be voided and stakes returned at tk7171's sole discretion.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in English. Nothing in these Terms is intended to grant rights to any third party or to create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between tk7171 and the player.

You may request the closure of your tk7171 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days, provided all outstanding identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

tk7171 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, tk7171 reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation and to permanently forfeit such funds where a material breach is confirmed.

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk7171 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.3 No Waiver

tk7171's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of tk7171's right to enforce it on any future occasion.

10.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
